Last night we saw Karen's final attempts at being J.Lo/Selena 2k11 come to a halt. Even after singing Mariah Carey's "Hero" as a desperate attempt for the judges to save her, (really, you speak Spanish? I had no idea.) Randy let her know that it was just not happening.

More importantly, we were joined by post-Idol-winning superstar Lee DeWyze, who sang a nice song that I can somewhat support. What I cannot support is anything related to the Black Eyed Peas. Their blatant disrespect by remaking "Time Of My Life" in such closeness with Patrick Swayze's death is unforgivable - though I was amused by the Etch-A-Sketch heart-thing behind them during their performance.
